GET THE RELIEF YOU NEED
Relax the mind, Renew the body

FULL BODY RELAXING MASSAGE
Massage involves working the soft tissue of the body, to ease day-to-day stresses and muscular tension, and promote relaxation. It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and can also be used in support of other therapies to assist in the rehabilitation of muscular injuries.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; it includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (a form of connective tissue that lines and ensheathes the other soft tissues). Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

SEATED ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed.
Acupressure is similar to acupuncture but does not use needles. Therapists use fingers, thumbs or knuckles to stimulate specific points or “acupoints” along the body.
Seated acupressure is commonly used for staff in corporate organisations, as it can be done quickly and effectively. You can also remain fully clothed for this treatment.
As with all treatments, a full consultation should be completed with your therapist to ensure that acupressure is right for you.
I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
